The prospects for a partner visa based on a same-sex relationship?

Before the introduction of same-sex marriage Act in Australia in 2017, we successfully assisted several clients in obtaining partner visas based on their same-sex relationships. Since then, the process has become even more feasible. However, applicants still need to ensure their visa applications are properly prepared. This includes revising some key aspects of the relationship within the application, such as household arrangements, mutual commitments, relationship history, and future plans, etc. If you’re unsure about how to prepare your application, don’t hesitate to reach out for assistance.
